Biography
Jenna Deweese is a singer-songwriter, performer, worship leader, and elementary music teacher from Woodward, Oklahoma. With a voice shaped by both classical music training and the soul of country roots, Jenna blends artistry with authenticity—bringing heartfelt stories to every stage she steps on.
Jenna began her musical journey at age 8 when she wrote her first song and performed it for her church where she grew up in Hutto, Texas. She
faced many challenges in her life that kept her away from school, and most importantly, from music. However, Jenna used these challenges as motivation to keep her passion alive.
At age 12, she taught herself to play guitar—building on her classical background. Since then, she has become a sought-after performer across Oklahoma, regularly taking the stage at venues like Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill in Oklahoma City, Ole Red’s in Tishomingo, and numerous local events across northwest Oklahoma. She is also widely recognized as a national anthem singer at rodeos, community gatherings, sporting events, and the Oklahoma City Comets baseball stadium, where her powerful voice has become a staple.
A large part of Jenna’s faith and musical inspiration comes from serving as a worship leader at 1000 Hills Ranch Church in Woodward, Oklahoma. Through worship ministry, she continues to grow not only as a vocalist and musician, but as a storyteller whose music is deeply rooted in faith, perseverance, and connection. Her testimony remains at the center of her life and music, shaping the way she leads, writes, and performs with authenticity and purpose.
Her recent career highlights include working with Forrie J. Smith of the Yellowstone TV series, opening for Zuma Rossdale (son of Gwen Stefani), opening for Lone Star Skynard, being featured on many podcasts, and continuing to grow her reputation as an artist with strong Oklahoma roots.
Her next step is heading into the studio to record and release more of her original music.
When she isn’t performing or serving, Jenna teaches elementary music, now in her third year of shaping young musicians after earning her Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
Outside of music and teaching, Jenna enjoys life on the farm with her husband, Seth, and their Labrador puppy, Katie. She balances her busy schedule with passion, faith, and dedication to her craft—always chasing the next stage, the next song, and the next connection her music will bring. You can find her music on all streaming services like Spotify, Apple Music, & YouTube, as well as social media.
